All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents.
All our orders are packed in neutral packaging without featuring our name or logo anywhere. There is no information on the box that could give away the contents of the parcel. Nor does the name of our shop appear on the box.
Delivery only to the address provided
Your order is sent to the address you have provided. If no one is home when your order arrives, the parcel service will leave a note and try again the next day. After the 2nd failed delivery attempt you must contact the delivery service directly. A signature is always required when you receive the parcel. We do not send anything by standard mail.
Republic of Ireland & Europe: All purchases are sent via DPD International, GLS or DHL. Delivery times are usually 4 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do our best to maintain this time frame on all orders however from time to time unexpected delays beyond our control can occur that may lead to slightly longer delivery times.
We cannot accept responsibility for missing/lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided.
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving an order.
If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made. If you need more information about your delivery, please call the Couriers Customer Service. You can also track the status of you shipment online at using the tracking number & url provided.
**Delivery Updates: Please make sure to check your email spam folder for any emails from us and ‘Whitelist‘ our email address, by doing this you are sure not to miss any delivery updates.
No problem. What we suggest you do, is sign up for a Parcel Motel account, that way you will be able to collect your purchase at your local Parcel Motel locker which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have 48 hours to collect your parcel from your chosen pick up locker. Parcel Motel will text you when your package is ready for collection.
