We offer FREE discreet shipping on all orders. All our orders are packed in neutral packaging without featuring our name or logo anywhere. There is no information on the box that could give away the contents of the parcel. Nor does the name of our shop appear on the box.

Delivery only to the address provided

Your order is sent to the address you have provided.  If no one is home when your order arrives, the parcel service will leave a note or call you to make alternative delivery arrangements. After the 2nd failed delivery attempt you must contact the delivery service directly. A signature is always required when you receive the parcel. We do not send anything by standard mail.

*Please make sure you have double checked your delivery address, we can only ship orders to the address you have provided and we can not be held responsible for an incorrect address that you may have given us. We cannot accept responsibility for missing/lost packages if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Republic of Ireland & Europe: All purchases are sent via DHL International, GLS or DPD. Delivery usually takes 2 – 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We do our best to maintain this time frame on all orders however from time to time unexpected delays beyond our control can occur that may lead to slightly longer delivery times.

  • If an order is placed before 12am we will do our best to have that order delivered to you the very next day (MonThurs). All other orders will ship within 24hrs of receiving the order.

If you are not available to accept delivery of your shipment, your courier may leave you a delivery attempt notice with information on when the next delivery attempt will be made. If you need more information about your delivery, please call the Couriers Customer Service.

What we suggest you do, is sign up for a Parcel Motel account, that way you will be able to collect your purchase at your local Parcel Motel locker which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have 48 hours to collect your parcel from your chosen pick up locker. Parcel Motel will text you when your package is ready for collection.
