All Charlotte French staff are working from home during this emergency and as we are an online retailer we are still able to remain open and process your orders as normal.

Our courier partner is DHL Express and they have assured us that they remain operational throughout the island of Ireland. We are doing everything possible to ensure that your orders get delivered to you as quickly as possible and without delay as always.
